    Description

Beaverdam Creek is tributary of Laurel Creek, that starts in the Shady Valley and flows into Virginia before meeting up with Laurel Creek.  The portion that inhabits Cherokee National Forest is managed as a public fishery.  It is stocked with Rainbow and Brown trout by TWRA.  There is some reproduction that takes place as well.  Brown trout especially flourish in this stream.
