Fishing and River Description
The Duck River below Normandy Dam is managed as a put-and-take trout
fishery by TWRA.  It recievies high water temperatures in the summer and
get very few hold over trout.  The Duck does however offer a quick fix for
the middle Tennessee angler if the Caney or Elk are blown out.

Please practice safe wading practices and be sure to check the
generation schedules before you go.
